Autograph Requests: Please limit your autographed book plate requests to number of books purchased. For single book plate requests, fill out the form below. Check your inbox or spam folder for autoresponders’ reply. Follow the instructions that you receive in your email to mail your request along with a self addressed first-class-postage-stamped-business-sized envelope. Please allow six weeks to process your request.
